Jim Davis, Author
I think for most people I would recommend the latest version of my ideology as it lists most all of my proposals in the brief style that many people have asked for. Brevity is the modern way. The "Paradise" book was pretty complete when I wrote it and it does spell out ideals a bit longer and sometimes with a little more background. "The Political Handbook" pretty much has the ideas and ideals the the progressive side of the street seems to be lacking lately. It is time to move on or become irrelevant in the world and it is true at home too. The Handbook will certainly get the politically interested person thinking about the possibilities for a new and better world. It has something for everyone , even conservatives. Conservatives are not wrong all the time and we have to move together as a group so all sides will need to be vested. Conservatives will have to have their way on certain items for that to occur.
My writings center on what I call my 'trilogy of ideals' for human advancement I collectively call Jimism. The "Paradise" book along with other previous writings cover two of those ideals (the common good and the common benefit) by centering on change in American political and economic policies and on fairness, equity, and developing a vibrant middle class. The Political Handbook is a more cryptic book listing many proposals and ideals to bring forth the human progress discussed in the Paradise book and more.
